Landon Dickerson headlines updated Eagles injury report heading into Week 1
Landon Dickerson is officially back to practicing in full with the Eagles heading into their Week 1 matchup with the Dallas Cowboys. In case you missed it, the Super Bowl-winning guard was carted off the field during the team’s open practice and was listed as a DNP as recently as yesterday.
Landon Dickerson could be ready for the Eagles’ season opener based on this updated injury report:

Obviously, this is absolutely huge news. We knew Dickerson avoided the worst with his meniscus injury, but to see him progressing along to start the season is great news.
I will say, I know the guy is a warrior, and if they let him play he will, but with how bad the Cowboys are right now, I would be alright if the team made the call not to start him.
Dickerson practicing isn’t the only encouraging sign for the Birds. Backup QB Tanner McKee was the only player listed to miss practice with a thumb injury.
Rookie safety Andrew Mukuba was a full participant after being limited on Monday with a hamstring, and Josh Uche joined him. Jalen Carter continues to be a full participant in practice, which is huge considering he’s set to be the keystone of this defense this season and beyond.
Needless to say, Carter being full-go is massive. The Linc will be shaking if he’s pushing the pocket on Dak Prescott all night. The Cowboys are in complete disarray with the departure of Micah Parsons, and with the majority of the roster looking ready to rock into Thursday, it looks like Dem Boyz aren’t ready for what they’re about to face.
