Amazon Prime just announced a new Saquon Barkley documentary that will be executive produced by Martin Scorsese.

Based on the trailer, it looks like Saquon has had cameras following him for this doc since entering the NFL in 2018. The Amazon Prime exclusive will document Barkley’s football journey, from playing for the dumpster fire Giants to hoisting the Lombardi in his first year with Philadelphia.

Funny enough, the doc is set to premiere on October 9th, the day the Eagles travel to play New York this season.

I’m looking forward to it, but I know there are fans who are getting a little tired of the praise. We have America’s Game coming out Wednesday night, and now this. In Philadelphia, we don’t enjoy being liked or admired. We want to be hated. It’s where we thrive.

So, I understand some of the backlash. Nevertheless, Saquon Barkley deserves to be recognized for all his accomplishments and you best believe I’ll be watching it as soon as it comes out.
