If an Eagles player ever posted a video like Marlon Humphrey did after a loss, I’d burn the city down
As Eagles fans, the last thing we want to see if one of our players posting a happy-go-lucky video after a brutal loss. We hated whenever Darius Slay used to hop on his podcast after a loss, even though he didn’t always say egregious things. Just him being happy pissed us off.
So when I say I’d personally burn this entire city down if anyone posted this kind of video, I mean it. Ravens corner Marlon Humphrey took to Youtube after Baltimore’s brutal loss to Detroit Monday night.
On the surface, it’s honestly not that bad. I don’t even know why it sets me off, but it does.
Pray to your God an Eagles player never does this
Maybe it’s just the nonchalant nature that irks me. Or the fact that he seems not to give a shit about the loss. They’re basically one in the same, you get the point.
It also feels like he’s putting on an act here. Which is just strange. It’s like an audition tape for…. I have no idea. Just weird vibes all around with this thing. I don’t like it.
Again, thank God Eagles players don’t do this. Even after a win, Jalen Hurts shares an untold prophecy to the media, AJ Brown gets on the coaches and, if we’re lucky, cracks a smile. Jordan Mailata usually says something profound in his beautiful Australian accent. It’s never, whatever this is.
