Dayn Perry of CBS Sports ranked the top 25 players of the 2025 MLB postseason and left Bryce Harper and Trea Turner completely off of the list.

Do I give a shit that Dayn Perry, who can’t spell his own name, is throwing the softest of shade at Bryce Harper and Trea Turner? Of course not. I know exactly what the Phillies have in their clubhouse and Bryce Harper, along with Trea Turner, have the numbers to back me up.

CBS Sports, Dayn Perry leaves Bryce Harper, Trea Turner out of Top 25:

Dayn Perry is the Definition of “A Picture’s Worth a Thousand Words”

Part of me respects the fact that Dayn Perry, who spells his name like an asshole, isn’t doing this to hit the Philly Sports Engagement Farm.

Typically when you see dumbass shit posted by the media about Philadelphia, it’s all about engagement but not Dayn Perry. He has all his tweets protected and wants people to find him on the always entertaining Blue Sky app.

Tells you everything you need know about Dayn Perry.

What a fucking dork.

The Fightins are battle-tested. They have made deep runs in the postseason and have also been bounced early-on. We’re talking four straight seasons of Red October from a 96-win team that made significant upgrades to their lineup, all while playing without their rotation anchor in Zack Wheeler.

The Phillies clubhouse is one of the closest-knit groups in all of professional sports because of their experience. Citizens Bank Park is hands down the BEST ballpark in all of baseball and one of the toughest places for an opposing team to play when the stakes get high.

Ah and not to mention, the Phillies are the No. 2 seed in the National League and won 96-games this year. Last year, the Phillies beat up on the Dodgers throughout the regular season, posting a 4-1 record. This year, they went 4-2.

Bryce Harper is built for October.

They call him “The Greatest Showman” for a reason and it’s because he absolutely dominates on the biggest of stages, under the brightest of lights.

Don’t take my word for it. Check the numbers. Harper is batting .280 with 54 hits, 17 home runs, 34 RBIs and 41 runs scored in 53 games in the postseason in his career.

Red October 2025 has arrived, and Bryce Harper is ready to write the next chapter in the Phillies history books

Does Dayn Perry know that Trea Turner just won the batting title..?

The Phillies closed out the 2025 regular season with a walk-off 2–1 win over the Twins, but the story of the day was Trea Turner, back in the lineup, healthy, and officially crowned the first Phillies batting champ since Richie Ashburn in 1958.

Trea Turner’s .304 average held up, good enough for the National League crown. Only player in the NL to hit .300 this year. That’s survival in an era where every pitcher throws 100 with six pitches.

Trea Turner 2025 Season: .304 / .812 OPS, 31 doubles, 7 triples, 15 HR, 36 SB, 94 runs, 69 RBI, 6.7 WAR.

That’s the kind of season you build October around. Turner will be leading off and playing shortstop in Game 1 of the NLDS on Saturday against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Trea Turner wins first Phillies batting title since 1958 as Red October officially begins

Again… do I give a shit that Dayn Perry, who can’t spell his own name, is throwing the softest of shade at Bryce Harper and Trea Turner? Of course not.

If anyone has a BlueSky account, go tell Dayn Perry that he’s a dork and should find a new job because ranking baseball players clearly isn’t working out for him.
