Eagles Fans Exit Early Chicago Bears

WATCH: Eagles fans exit early after another miserable offensive showing against the Bears

Eagles fans headed for the exits early on Friday after another brutal offensive showing against the Chicago Bears. After three-plus quarters of booing everything this offense tried to do, the crowd finally hit its breaking point with about seven minutes left. The Linc emptied out, and of course social media immediately jumped in to clown the fanbase for it.

Eagles fans head for the exits early…

Honestly, I get both sides. Leaving early is never a great look, especially in a two-score game with the ball and time left. And sure enough, Jalen Hurts marched the team down the field and found AJ Brown for his second touchdown of the day. You got a spark, a little bit of hope, the first sign of life all afternoon.

Then it vanished in seconds.

The Birds went for two and didn’t convert. I still have no idea why. If you kick the extra point, you avoid needing an onside kick. You score again later, then you go for two. Instead, they forced themselves into a boxed-in scenario for no real advantage. It was just bad process and bad coaching in a game full of both.

In the end, it was simply a horrible game. The offense looked lost. The line struggled again. The play calling was flat. You name it, it was a problem. Eagles fans are pissed, and that anger is not going away anytime soon.

Quick Note: If you think Eagles fans are “classless” for booing the team, grow up. This is Philadelphia. We hold our team accountable. We expect better from the reigning Super Bowl champs. That performance was nowhere close to the standard, and the fans responded exactly how a real football city should.

I have no idea how this is an offensive pass interference on AJ Brown
