Every Eagles reference during the Simpson’s last night

Last night, The Simpsons took a trip to Philadelphia, and of course, they made sure the Philadelphia Eagles were front and center.

If you’re not able to watch the video, I can sum it up very quickly for you. They referenced cheeseteaks, hoagies, pretzels, water ice, and Jason Kelce’s beard.

As much as I use to love the Simpson’s, this felt like a very quick google search on Philadelphia, and calling it a day. Let’s be honest.

Alright, so that Michael Vick reference was absolutely insane. And I’m sure it’s the one that will garner the most attention.

They also reenacted the “Battle of Broad Street,” aka the Super Bowl LII celebration. And I’ll admit, that part did make me chuckle a little. But, I honestly couldn’t get over the fact that the actor who does Marg’s voice is still doing this role.

With all due respect, it might be time to hang it up.

All in all, I don’t have much else to say. My only other complaint is the disappointment that there wasn’t a classic Simpsons future prediction thrown in—like a scene showing the Eagles winning another Super Bowl.
