Puka Nacua accused of assault and antisemitic remarks in lawsuit, denies all allegations
Puka Nacua is facing serious allegations stemming from an incident that allegedly took place on New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles, and the situation is far from resolved.
According to a filing tied to a temporary restraining order, a woman claims Nacua made an antisemitic comment during a group dinner before things escalated into physical contact later that night. The accusation includes a claim that he said “f*** all the Jews,” which she says immediately raised concern.

The woman alleges the situation escalated after the group left dinner and got into a Sprinter van. She claims Nacua became aggressive and inappropriate, first biting her friend’s thumb and then biting her shoulder hard enough to break skin.
She reported the incident to police the following day and included a photo of the alleged injury as part of her filing.
The claims don’t stop there. The woman also alleges that during a mediation meeting months later, Nacua’s legal team threatened to spread misleading information about the incident to the media.

Nacua’s legal team has pushed back hard on every part of the accusation. His attorney labeled the situation a “shakedown attempt,” stating the woman is seeking millions of dollars.
The defense acknowledges there was some level of “horseplay” during the outing but says any physical contact was minor and did not cause real injury. They also deny that Puka Nacua made any antisemitic remarks, pointing to witnesses who allegedly did not hear anything of the sort.
What happens next
A judge has already denied the request for a temporary restraining order, at least for now. That doesn’t end the case.
A hearing is scheduled for April 14, where both sides will present more details.
For now, this is a he-said, she-said situation with serious accusations on one side and a full denial on the other. No ruling has been made, and nothing has been proven in court.
