Literally just days after the Eagles and Zach Ertz mended their issues, Goedert’s future with the birds just became a little unclear.

You factor in the Baltimore Ravens paying Mark Andrews a four year, $56 million contract as well, and the Eagles may have an issue here. Dallas Goedert ranks 11th in receptions among all tight ends over the last two years. Many believe he is ready to take the leap this season and become worthy of a “top tight-end” contract.

Here’s what Goedert said in regards to contract extension talks with the Philadelphia Eagles:

“I’m not too worried about it. I believe in what I can do, I believe in me being able to go out and perform and whatever happens happens,” Goedert said. “But I’m not too worried about my contract right now. I just want to focus on winning games, winning the division and ultimately winning the Super Bowl.”
