Ben Simmons aka Gutter Dog #591 attended shoot around this morning, was in good spirits

Well, today was interesting. After a late night NFT learning session, things turned into a circus online today. The amount of replies, follows and quote tweets I got about Ben Simmons updating his social media pictures to a Gutter Dog was overwhelming to say the least. I have 174 unread DMs from NFT people. Jonah Bolden was tweeting me to get “Gutter Species” branded on The Liberty Line, and I think I have lost my mind.
I will say, the Gutter Gang are awesome. I’ve been trying to respond to everyone’s DMs and reply Tweets but it’s hard to keep up. So many pictures of Gutter Dogs, Cats, Rats, and Birds I don’t even know where to begin, honestly, so let me just say #GangGang and move onto some actual Ben Simmons basketball news.
Before the 76ers take the court tonight to kick off a four game homestead against the Detroit Pistons, Doc Rivers talked with the media and confirmed that Ben Simmons, aka Gutter Dog #591, was at shoot around today and in good spirits.
After all of the love that he’s been getting online from the Gutter Gang, how could you not be in good spirits? I joked last night about the connections between the NFT updates and the 76ers. I joked even more about Jonah Bolden and the Aussie connection between him, Simmons, and the Gutter Dogs. Morey also has a few Gutter Dogs of his own.
All of it, points to good signs for the Sixers. It seems like Ben is continuing to progress and hopefully, we’ll see him out on the court in the near future.
