Ben Simmons practicing at St. Joes while being fined for not joining the Sixers on the road
Over the past few days, we have seen pictures surface of Ben Simmons on St. Joe’s campus. Apparently he’s been using their practice facilities while the team he is supposed to be playing for is currently on the road and playing the Utah Jazz tonight.
Over the past week, we learned that Ben Simmons is again, being fined by the 76ers organization for not showing up to games, practices, and team meetings.
Rich Paul came out and said that Ben Simmons mental health was “getting worse” due to the fines that the 76ers were giving him for not being with the team. Paul even went as far as saying that the 76ers are attempting to force Ben Simmons back to the team. Everything that Rich Paul says is of course, bullshit. Even the latest report from Shams reeked of Klutch Sports. It’s all just tiring at this point.
I hate to do this but Howard Eskins tweeted out that not only is Ben Simmons practicing at St. Joes, but he’s also practicing with St. Joes basketball players. Since it’s from Howard Eskins, proceed with caution. However, if that turns out to be true then Howard actually asks a good question.
Why can Ben Simmons practice with college players but not his NBA team?
I’ll let you answer that. It’s annoying at this point. Check out these Odds Boosts for tonight’s NBA action via Parx Sportsbook.
