FedEx Field staff to fallen Eagles fans: “Get the F off the field”

Several Eagles fans took a scary tumble on Sunday when a barricade at FedEx Field collapsed, nearly taking out Jalen Hurts in the process.

While I’m sure you’ve seen every angle of the incident by now, the most shocking aspect of the whole thing is that the fans received zero medical attention from stadium workers.

According to multiple reports, the Eagles fans involved in the fall, many of whom sustained minor injuries, weren’t checked on by staff at all.

Talk about a bad game-day experience for fans.

“They didn’t ask if anyone was hurt, and they sure as hell didn’t ask if anybody needed medical attention,” said Andrew Collins, one of the brave souls wronged by Dan Snyder and his band of thugs. “The only thing the staff said to us was to get the F off the field.”

I know that FedEx Field is an absolute dump (per source), but the fact that fans were immediately chastised for something out of their control is ridiculous, especially when it’s the stadium’s fault to begin with.

Washington has time and again proved itself to be the worst run organization in the NFL, and it’s honestly not even close. They make the Detroit Lions look like a utopia.

I can almost guarantee that would have gone differently in any other NFL stadium. Only in Washington could the organizational culture be so bad that the human element has been completely stripped away.

The Eagles fans, of course, are taking it like the champions they are. Even while it happened, Jalen Hurts stopped and made sure everyone to fell was okay, even hugging the fallen Eagles fans and posing for a picture.

Nobody has stooped to the same lows as Washington.
