Roster Moves: DT Jordan Davis set to return to practice

Rookie defensive tackle Jordan Davis has begun to make his way back to the field.
The Eagles have officially activated the 21-day practice window for Davis, allowing him to return to practice this week.
The #Eagles, who already beefed up their defensive line over the past few weeks, have opened the 21-day practice window for first-round DT Jordan Davis. He's missed about a month, so right on schedule.

Davis has missed the last four weeks after suffering a high-ankle sprain against the Steelers, and the Eagles run defense has suffered mightily ever since. In the meantime, Philadelphia brought in DTs Linval Joseph and Ndamukong Suh, giving them veteran depth as they prepare for the postseason.
The Eagles have until Saturday to elevate Davis from IR if they want him to play on Sunday. With Derrick Henry coming to town, they need all the help they can get. Davis has 14 tackles, one tackle for loss, and one pass defended in eight games this season.
