eBay vultures are selling ‘A Philly Special Christmas’ vinyls for $200+
Bah Humbug. ‘A Philly Special Christmas’ vinyls sold out yet again this week. While that is a bummer on its own, a number of disgusting individuals – I’ll call them Grinches from here on out – are selling their physical copies on eBay at a massive markup.
‘A Philly Special Christmas’ vinyls are going for hundreds or thousands of dollars on the resale market:
I mean, what the hell, guys?
100% of the proceeds for these records go directly to charity. I get that they spent the money to get them, effectively donating to charity, but they’d be making back that donation and then much more.
It’s genuinely disgusting behavior. It isn’t prison worthy, but I’d sure like to spit in their morning coffee.
Fortunately, former Eagle Connor Barwin, who is involved with the production team for this project, took to Twitter to keep the people from worrying. While they can’t make any more records until after the holiday, the Most Interesting Man in Philadelphia said they will be ringing in the New Year with a bang.
