Final single off ‘A Philly Special Christmas’ dropped today

Jason Kelce, Jordan Mailata, and Lane Johnson’s have set to drop the second single off their upcoming Christmas album – ‘A Philly Special Christmas.’ The Eagles offensive linemen teased the album release in October and released the first single the Friday after thanksgiving, and they are blessing us with yet another track this week.
From the first few singles, it’s clear this group is not short on vocal talent. Of course, Jordan Mailata has an incredible voice, but Kelce and Johnson aren’t slouches either.
That’s why I was pretty disappointed to see the album depart from that winning formula. Don’t get me wrong, The Silver Ages sounded fantastic, and the E-A-G-L-E-S in such an ethereal tone was something beautiful to behold.
That being said, I’m very meh on this track. I sang the same thing in middle and high school choir on a yearly basis. I expected a little more pizzazz and, obviously, more involvement from our star linemen. Anyone rating this over a 7 either doesn’t know music or is a panderer.
It was good, but I came for the silky pipes of the best O-Line in football.
People call Mariah Carey the Queen of Christmas, and rightfully so. However, with the release of “A Philly Special Christmas,” it seems Philadelphia has found our Three Wisemen.
You can order the vinyl record here, along with holiday greeting cards and stickers featuring our favorite o-linemen. I don’t even own a record player and I’m considering the purchase.

Of course, the “A Philly Special Christmas” press run would not be complete without behind the scenes footage:
