Street, 26, started his career with the 49ers as a 2018 4th-round pick before spending the 2022 season in New Orleans. In just 518 defensive snaps last season, Street racked up 29 tackles (five for loss), 3.5 sacks, nine pressures, and eight QB hits. The 290-pounder was projected to go earlier in the draft but tore his ACL during his Pro Day workout.
The Eagles have notoriously kept linemen fresh within their defense, and Street fits exactly what they need as an impact rotational player. Street is added to a DT mix currently consisting of Fletcher Cox, Jordan Davis, Milton Williams, Marton Tuipulotu, and Marvin Wilson, with the NFL Draft still ahead.
