Bobby Miller vs. Aaron Nola
Nola takes the mound for the 14th time this season. He’s 5-4 on the year with a 4.30 ERA. After a rough month of May where he allowed at least four runs in six of his starts, Nola bounced back against the Detroit Tigers, when he carried a no-hit bid into the seventh inning, allowing three runs (zero earned) and just one hit while striking out 12.Â
The Dodgers will enter tonight 1-5 over their last six games and they are hoping their highly touted rookie Bobby Miller will stop the bleeding. Miller makes the fourth start of his MLB career today and has been pretty dominant through his first three outings.
