NFL issues warning to all teams regarding sideline etiquette following Eagles-49ers ejections of Dre Greenlaw and Dom DiSandro
The NFL sent all teams a reminder about sideline etiquette following Sunday’s altercation between San Francisco 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw and Philadelphia Eagles Chief of Security Dom DiSandro.
In the memo, the NFL reminded teams that staff members are to be prohibited from having any type of involvement with “game day altercations” and that they must “refrain from such involvement.”

From The NFL Memo
“As a coach or member of the club’s staff on the sidelines, you must make it a top priority to exemplify the NFL values of integrity, resiliency, respect, and responsibility to team. You must set a standard of excellence for everyone, including your players. Inappropriate and abusive conduct towards game officials will not be tolerated and will result accountability measures in addition to the on-field penalty.
In addition to interactions with NFL game officials, there are situations that arise during the course of a game when you may interact with an opposing player(s). You must handle all of these situations with professionalism and avoid conduct that may provoke an opponent or lead to an escalation of an incident.”

There you have it folks, looks like the NFL’s final stance on last Sunday’s altercation is a quick “reminder memo” of how people should act on the sidelines. Meanwhile, Big Dom DiSandro is getting lucrative endorsement offers from adult websites.
Finally, we can all move forward. It’s Cowboys Hate Week and the Philadelphia Eagles will travel to Dallas to take on their NFC East rivals on Sunday Night Football. Kickoff is at 8:20 PM and the Birds need a bounce-back victory.
