I hate to admit it, but seeing the Niners lose to the Chiefs in excruciating fashion did bring a smile to my face. As an Eagles fan, it was hard to root for either side. But I think we can all agree that seeing the 49ers hoist the Lombardi would’ve been detrimental to this city ad our nation as a whole.

You simply cannot complain and make excuses as much as the Niners did and still end up victorious at the end of the season. The football gods will not allow it.

I’m interested to see what the excuse will be this time. Give it a few days, and I’m sure we’ll see Deebo, Nick Bosa, and a handful of other Niners players start spewing nonsense about how the Super Bowl wasn’t fair.
