Hard pass on Eagles trading for Anthony Richardson

Dan Orlovsky suggested the Eagles should trade for Anthony Richardson this morning.

I’m good on that. No need to bring in another developmental QB to The Factory right now. We’re at over capacity — with our sweet, sweet Jalen Hurts leading the charge, followed by Tanner McKee, Kyle McCord, and DTR.

I also think I speak for every Birds fan when I say this:

The Eagles will ride to the gates of Valhalla for Tanner McKee if Hurts gets injured

It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to realize McKee is already light years better than Richardson. In 11 starts last season, AR threw 8 touchdowns to 12 interceptions while completing a putrid 47% of his passes. Gross.

He also subbed himself out of a game because he was tired last year. Not the type of guy I want quarterbacking my team.

I’d be shocked if the Birds went ahead and made this move.
