Rat: Marcus Hayes calls for Jalen Carter to get suspended after altercation with Dak Prescott

I’ve never seen a sports reporter hate the city he reports in as much as Marcus Hayes. Dude has and always will be a rat.

After Jalen Carter spit on Dak Prescott and got himself ejected before the first play of the game, Marcus Hayes sprinted to his computer to write about it. This moment was made for him. As expected, he called for Carter to get suspended.

As any good journalist does, Hayes wrote this as soon as it happened and didn’t give it any time to breathe, therefore missing the added context of Dak spitting at Carter first. It doesn’t absolve Carter by any means, but it certainly changes the situation.

I was at the game, so I had no idea what was going on. Based on what I heard and saw from the NBC broadcast when the altercation first went down — they made it seem like Carter was being a maniac and just spit on Dak unprovoked. Hayes, being the rat that he is, took that at face value and ran with it.

I really have no idea why Hayes is the way he is. Everyone in this city hates him, including the players on the teams he reports on. Yet, he continues to push this garbage for clicks. Embarrassing.
