Cris Collinsworth claims it’s ‘impossible’ to tackle Derrick Henry 1-on-1, Cooper DeJean begs to differ
The Ravens are taking on the Bills for the first Sunday Night Football matchup of the season, and Derrick Henry is predictably tearing up Buffalo’s run defense. Cris Collinsworth has rightly marveled at Henry’s ability to run through contact, but made a mistake in saying it’s impossible to tackle him one-on-one.
Cris Collinsworth’s claim about Henry disregards one of the most electric defensive plays by the Eagles last season:

This is the same guy who said in an interview that he likes dumb girls because “you can trick ’em a little.” He’ll
Don’t get me wrong, Henry is an absolute beast coming out of the backfield. I don’t think I’ve seen a college prospect more guaranteed to work out in the NFL with my own two eyes, and the fact that he’s still doing it at this level at 31 is insane.
But impossible to tackle one-on-one? Collinsworth is clearly forgetting a key piece of history.
