Ranger Suarez will be the best pitcher in the Phillies’ starting rotation
Ranger Suarez was on absolute fire last season both in the rotation and the bullpen for the Phillies. Suarez finished the season with a record of 8-5. He held a 1.36 ERA, appearing in 39 games (12 starts) and 106 innings pitched.

Rhys Hoskins needs to stay healthy. If he is able to do so, there’s no reason why he won’t lead the Phillies in home runs this season. Last year, Hoskins finished the year slashing .247/.360/.502 with a .862 OPS. In 107 games, Hoskins hit 27 home runs with 71 RBI.
In a lineup where he is now fully protected, surrounded by Kyle Schwarber, Nick Castellanos, Bryce Harper, and JT Realmuto, pitchers will be forced to challenge Hoskins more over the plate, giving him plenty of opportunities to hit bombs.

The Phillies are going to win the NL East. The Braves traded the heart and soul of their team for over 10 years, and the Mets will always be the Mets. They’ve already lost deGrom and Scherzer for the beginning of the season, and their starting lineup really isn’t that good. The Phillies are going to win 92 games this season, win the National League East, and break their 10-year playoff drought.
