Kyle Schwarber is #ALLIN
Schwarber is the fourth Phillie to join Team USA, including Trea Turner, JT Realmuto, and Bryce Harper, who won’t play due to his elbow injury that will sideline him for the beginning of the 2023 season.
Kyle Schwarber had a fantastic 2022 season for the Phillies, fully embracing his veteran-leadoff role. Schwarber would finish his regular season with a whopping 46 home runs, which lead the National League and trailed only Aaron Judge across all of baseball. Schwarber finished the year with a .218/.323/.504 slash line, with 126 hits, 21 doubles, and a 2.2 WAR. Schwarber took home a Silver Slugger Award, along with being named to the All-MLB 2nd Team.
