Legal Tampering: Eagles lose another starting linebacker to free agency

After losing stud LB TJ Edwards to the Chicago Bears on Monday, the Philadelphia Eagles lost their other starting linebacker Tuesday afternoon.
Per NFL insider Jordan Schultz, Kyzir White is signing with the Arizona Cardinals on a two-year, $11M deal.
White was never expected to re-sign with the Eagles entering this offseason. Even after the Edwards departure, it didn’t feel like White was in the team’s long-term plans at the position.
Now, White will join his old pal Jonathan Gannon in AZ as they attempt to make the Cardinals relevant again. Should be lots of fun!
All jokes aside, the Eagles have now lost both of their starting linebackers from 2022. Though many expect last year’s third-round selecting Nakobe Dean to step into a starting role, it would behoove the team to scour the market for a veteran backer.
We’ll have to wait and see what else Howie has up his sleeves.
