Roster Moves: Eagles sign free agent pass rusher
The Eagles announced an addition to their defense on Wednesday.
Per multiple reports, Philadelphia has signed free agent OLB Julian Okwara.
The Eagles signed Julian Okwara, a 2020 third-round pick out of Notre Dame who spent the past four years with the Lions. He was waived during the postseason.

Okwara, 26, was a 2020 third-round pick who appeared in nine games for the Lions last season. Detroit waived Okwara in the postseason with no futures contract in place, making him a free agent.
In four seasons with the Lions, Okwara recorded 54 tackles (12 for loss) and nine sacks. The Eagles are notorious for taking flyers on talented edge rushers — with Haason Reddick potentially on the way out, this offseason will be no different.
