Dallas Goedert Triple Stiff Arm Packers

WATCH: Dallas Goedert with a ‘Triple Stiff-Arm’ on Packers cornerback Carrington Valentine for a 20-yard touchdown

It was pretty evident that the Philadelphia Eagles’ offense was struggling offensively throughout the game against the Green Bay Packers, but Dallas Goedert pulling off a triple stiff-arm in the third quarter turned out to be one of the greatest touchdown runs that I have personally ever witnessed.

Goedert delivered the spark in the third quarter on what appeared to be a short completion from Jalen Hurts that he ultimately converted into a 20-yard touchdown reception, embarrassing Packers’ cornerback Carrington Valentine in the process.

Goedert caught a pass behind the line of scrimmage and turned up field. Valentine attempted to bring him down, but was met with a brutal stiff-arm not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES from the Eagles’ tight end.

Listen, tackling anyone, let alone a 6′ 5″, 256-pound tight end by yourself is a tough task and Valentine learned that the hard way, basically taking a ride into the end zone as Goedert scored.

Dallas Goedert 20-yard touchdown reception: The Triple Stiff-Arm

That is a grown man, bully ball touchdown. Honestly, I was most impressed with Goedert being able to stay in-bounds while basically dragging Valentine down the field with him. That’s obviously not the easiest of tasks for someone of his side with a cornerback draped all over him. Let’s hope that whatever resort in Cancun has a weight room for Valentine so he can avoid this type of embarrassment next season.
