Which would be the lowest since his rookie year. That just can't happen. Especially with a young and inexperienced wide receiver room. Dallas should be either first or second in pass targets. He brings a level of physicality and toughness in the middle of the field, that the Eagles desperately need.

Daryl Morey is only going to trade Simmons if he gets an elite player in return. Otherwise, he would have traded him by now.
