I think it's pretty safe to say that Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons and Tobias Harris will be the three locks in the starting lineup. The only way this changes is if any of them is injured or gets traded. Which is highly unlikely that any of them get traded. Daryl Morey has publicly stated multiple times they are not trading Ben or Joel.

With the improvement of the roster and fit of the players, there is no better guy than Doc Rivers to get the most out his two star players.
